¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (for thickening)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
