8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the diced strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
Lay out your wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place about a tablespoon of the cheesecake filling in the center of each wrapper.
Moisten the edges of each wrapper with water, then fold the wontons into your desired shape and press the edges firmly together to seal.
