Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Stir in the melted butter until everything is well combined. The mixture should resemble damp sand.
Press into the Pan: Grease a baking dish (8×8 inches works perfectly) and press the mixture evenly into the bottom using your hands or a spatula. Ensure it’s compact to help the bites hold their shape.
Add Chocolate Chips: Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips over the pressed graham mixture. The heat from the oven will melt them, creating a gooey layer.
