Once the butter melts, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  • Deglaze the Pan: Pour in the white wine and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for about 3-4 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate and the sauce to reduce slightly.
  • Combine with Pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the shrimp mixture, along with the lemon juice and fresh parsley. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time until your desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
