  • 1 cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • ½ cup Italian dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to the package instructions, typically about 5-7 minutes until they’re al dente. Once done, drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
