2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
Instructions
Prepare your Chicken: Start by placing chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap. Use a meat mallet to pound them gently until they’re about ½ inch thick. This ensures even cooking and tender meat. Season with salt and pepper.
