  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 23 tablespoons milk (for glaze consistency)

  • Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, along with the vanilla extract.
  • Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Step 4: In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and ground cinnamon for the swirl mixture.
  • Step 5: Spread half of the blondie batter in the prepared pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over it. Pour the remaining batter on top and swirl in the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
