  • Begin by marinating the chicken to infuse it with flavor. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and coat the chicken breasts. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes to maximize flavor infusion.
  • While the chicken marinates, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
