  • 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked paprika gives a nice touch)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

  • Instructions

  • Wash and dry the zucchinis thoroughly. Slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick. For best results, use a mandoline slicer.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
