  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional: chopped chives or parsley for garnish

  • Instructions

  • Combine the Cajun seasoning, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add shrimp and toss until coated. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until pink, flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Transfer shrimp to a serving platter and serve warm with creamy dipping sauce. Garnish with chives or parsley.
