  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce (or soy sauce for vegetarian option)
  • 1 package of store-bought dumplings or homemade dumplings (about 2025 pieces)
  • ½ lime, for juice and garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Instructions

  • In a large pot over medium heat, combine the chicken or vegetable broth with coconut milk. Stir until the mixture is well blended.
  • Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and red curry paste to the pot. Stir well and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
