  • Instructions

  • Prepare the pie crust according to the package instructions or roll out homemade dough to fit a 9-inch pie dish and blind bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté until soft and fragrant (5-7 minutes).
  • Add shrimp to the skillet with Old Bay seasoning. Cook until shrimp are pink (4-5 minutes), then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp mixture with heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese; season with salt and pepper to taste.
