20 wonton wrappers
8 oz cream cheese, softened
6 oz crab meat (lump crab preferred for better flavor)
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Cooking oil for frying
Your favorite dipping sauce (sweet chili sauce pairs wonderfully!)
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place wonton wrappers in a muffin tin, gently pushing down to form cups.
