1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup creamy peanut butter (or chunky, if you prefer texture)
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup REESE’s PIECES (plus extra for garnishing)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish, or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and peanut butter. Stir in the granulated sugar until smooth, then add in the eggs one at a time along with the vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula until just combined.
