  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the sugar until well combined.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, whisking vigorously until smooth and creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, then drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the top. Use a knife to gently swirl the caramel into the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and caramel.
